Built from oak harvested on the property using traditional timber-frame joinery, the Lodge is Adohi’s shared gathering place. Inside are a great room, bar, kitchen, a conference room, and two reservable offices. A broad deck opens toward the lake. This is your place for a quiet workday, dinner with neighbors, or a larger gathering.
Two miles of professionally built trails wind through the preserve, connecting the home sites to the woods beyond. Walk, run, or ride beneath the canopy.
A covered deck sits high among the trees, and in spring and summer, you're in the canopy with the birds. When the leaves fall, long views open across the surrounding valley.
Lake Talmage is spring-fed and stocked with fish, with a dock and diving platform along the shore. Swim, fish, paddle, or simply spend some time by the water.
Leaving room for nature is a core value of Adohi. Over 45 acres of wildlife preserve wrap and are woven throughout the property. The hills and valleys surrounding your home are protected forever.

Long before us, the plateaus of Lookout Mountain were cared for by the Cherokee people. They saw the forest not just as a resource, but as a living community. One that provides, protects, and requires respect. In choosing the name Adohi, we acknowledge their vision and values.
